Oliver's Plumbing

We’ve used Ron for the last 5 years and are very happy with all the various jobs we’ve had done! We’ve had a water softener installed, leaking sewer pipe fixed, outdoor faucet replaced, garbage disposal installed, leaky toilet fixed, and old piping replaced under a crawl space. He’s also done the gas lines in two homes for new stoves.

We have used Oliver's Plumbing, Ron, for our home plumbing repair/updates for years. During that time his service was spot on. For the past month we had 4 firm dates to replace fixtures from him. The first was for July 7th. Excuses included, had to cancel to do emergency water heater replacement - which we understood as our project was not an emergency. The next excuse was he forgot to put the fixtures in his truck and it would take too long to drive back to New Glarus to get them. Today, August 10, 2023, 15 minutes before he was to arrive he called to cancel, his truck broke down. The only excuse he has not used is the dog ate the fixtures. If I were to take a stab at identifying the problem, I would say he is retired and does plumbing as a hobby and for a little spending money. Trust me, this is not the Ron Oliver you knew. Add "Not Reliable" Don't hire this guy!

Due to a dying garbage disposal, our kitchen drain was hopelessly clogged for a very handy husband without professional plumbing tools. Ron Oliver was able to work us in, unclogged the drain and installed a new garbage disposal we purchased from him in just a little over an hour. We knew the disposal needed replacing soon and had researched replacements. The one he recommended and provided was what we had been considering and his price with installation was reasonable. Ron is professional, knowledgeable, personable and won our trust immediately. We will keep his contact information handy for any future plumbing needs.

Ron was so kind and helpful in the process of replacing our water heater. Not only was he very timely, he took time to educate us why we needed a new heater. Also, we had new carpet installed 2 weeks prior to our incident and he went above and beyond to ensure the carpet stayed clean. We would definitely recommend Oliver's plumbing to our family and friends.

I loved Oliver's Plumbing! He returned my call right away and could come the same day. He explains things really well and when he came to fix our kitchen sink, the clog must have soften and got sucked out on its own, which he says does happen. He really didn't have to do anything so gave us a really good price break for the visit instead of his normal rate which he could have charged. It was super nice of him to give us a deal and I highly recommend him!

Couldn't be happier with the service. He worked with my crazy schedule, was efficient, and I felt comfortable with him in my home. The problem was fixed right away and I felt that the service was priced very fairly. When the need comes, I will definitely be calling Oliver's again!

We have used Ron Oliver for big jobs and small and were completely satisfied with his work. He does high quality work and stands behind it completely. He responds quickly, and is reasonable in his prices. Ron works very well with other tradesmen on complicated jobs. Mike Holmes would like him.

Called him this morning (Monday morning) and he was here to take care of a leak from hoses/connector to my washer by noon! Extremely friendly on phone and in person! Great and quick work to solve problem. And bonus is he loves dogs!! Highly recommend.
